Product Description

 

A partial discharge shielding room (PDSR) is a specialized environment designed to test and measure partial discharges in electrical equipment. Partial discharges are localized dielectric breakdowns that occur in high voltage insulation systems and can be indicative of insulation defects. Proper testing and measurement of partial discharges are crucial for ensuring the reliability and longevity of high voltage electrical equipment, such as transformers, cables, and switchgear.

Feature

 

  1. Shielding Body:

    • Made of high-quality galvanized steel sheets (punched with micro-holes), processed into modular frames, and fixed with conductive liners using bolts to form a six-sided shell. It ensures reliable electromagnetic sealing and facilitates convenient assembly and disassembly.
  2. Shielding Door:

    • The main shielding door (for the entry and exit of test objects) adopts an airtight sliding structure. The door operates with variable frequency speed regulation and PLC program control, featuring touch screen operation, smooth and noise-free opening, anti-pinch safety functions, and customizable exterior decoration according to customer requirements.
    • The smaller shielding door (for personnel entry and exit) can be customized for manual or electric operation as per customer needs.
  3. Shielding Accessories:

    • Ventilation waveguide windows, filters, and dedicated waveguide tubes for shielding.
  4. Control Room:

    • Constructed with a steel frame or steel plate assembly structure. To meet the test requirements of the test objects and ensure personnel safety, a shielding observation window is installed facing the test area for monitoring the operation of the test objects. Interior decoration can be customized according to customer requirements.
