Custom-Made, Personalized Design; Superior Performance, Meeting National/International Standards; Air Conditioning and Ventilation System

  1. Appearance: The structure is made from panels stamped by an assembly line, which can be disassembled and reassembled multiple times. The interior uses sound-absorbing panels, the exterior is coated with spray paint, and the floor is covered with environmentally friendly sound-absorbing rubber flooring.

  2. Disassembly: The panel structure allows for repeated disassembly and reassembly.

  3. Sound Insulation Effect: The soundproof room is not directly connected to any wall surface (including the floor), providing excellent sound insulation. Sound insulation performance: <500Hz; <30dB, 500Hz-4000Hz ≤ 50dB. A single-layer wall structure can block approximately 35dB of noise, while a double-layer wall structure can block around 55dB of noise.

  4. Vibration Isolation Device: The audiometry room is equipped with an absolute noise-blocking device to maintain isolation from the environment.

  5. Shielding: The room can be equipped with optional electromagnetic shielding.

  6. Doors and Windows: The room features double-layer magnetic seal doors with good airtightness, high-durability door hinges, and a noise-free design. The doors are designed to withstand 100 openings and closings per day for more than 10 years without damage. Electromagnetic shielding can also be added. The windows are made of double-layer encrypted transparent glass with dimensions of 800mm x 600mm x 100mm.

  7. Ventilation Equipment: The room is equipped with two exhaust systems (low-noise fans, 1.5 cubic meters per minute), interior lighting controlled externally, and equipment access ports for connecting external devices. With good air circulation, personnel can stay in the room for more than 8 hours per day.
