Product description:
The soundproof room (quiet room) is a soundproof testing device designed for product manufacturing workshops with testing requirements. Perform sound absorption treatment in the soundproof room to make it a small silent room, in which some small products can be tested, such as precision instruments, motors, audio, transformers, etc.
High insulation volume: The theoretical sound insulation volume of ordinary soundproof rooms is 15-25dB(A), and the high volume soundproofing volume we designed can reach more than 30dB(A);
Convenient hole processing: Ordinary soundproof rooms must be determined in advance, but the high-insulation soundproof rooms we designed can be determined on site;
True high temperature, high pressure, waterproof, and moisture resistant. Ordinary soundproof rooms can reach a maximum temperature of 80-120°C. The high-insulation soundproof rooms we design use high-temperature-resistant materials such as alumina, which can reach 400°C;

1. The main structure of the soundproof room is a shock-proof frame type, which is assembled in a modular manner for easy installation and disassembly.
2. The main body is made of square steel as the skeleton, and the outer panel is made of environmentally friendly high-quality steel plate or fiberglass as the panel; the inner side is made of porous aluminum alloy plate, and uses high-quality sound-absorbing cotton, sound-insulating materials and damping paint to effectively absorb sound and improve the noise reduction effect of low-frequency noise.
3. The closing joint surfaces of the entrance door and the observation window are sealed with sealing moldings; the external joints of the soundproof room are pressed with aluminum alloy moldings, making the overall appearance beautiful and practical.
4. Indoor exhaust system is installed to ensure that the temperature rise in the room is within a controllable range;
5. The soundproof room lighting can use explosion-proof and dust-proof fluorescent lamps according to requirements;
6. Dimensions and materials can be selected and matched according to different sound insulation and environmental requirements;
