A microwave anechoic chamber is a specially designed shielded space used for microwave and RF testing. By installing absorbing materials and shielding structures inside, it simulates a free-space electromagnetic environment, thereby avoiding external electromagnetic interference and eliminating internal electromagnetic wave reflections.

(a) Shielding Room:

The shielding room consists of a shielding shell, shielding door, ventilation waveguide window, and various power filters. The shielding shell can be either welded or assembled according to user requirements.

(b) Absorbing Materials:
  • Single-layer Ferrite Tiles: Operating frequency range 30MHz~1000MHz.
  • Pyramid-shaped Carbon-loaded Foam Absorbing Material: This material is made by impregnating polyurethane foam in a carbon glue solution, featuring good flame retardancy
(c) Others: Mainly includes signal transmission board, turntable, antenna, monitoring system, etc.
